PYU and AUDA-NEPAD signs Memorandum of Understanding on Matters of Youth Development
The Pan-African Youth Union and AUDA-NEPAD agreed to work together to carry out concrete actions on the ground across African countries to address the lack of education, vocational training and support the creation of startups for young people and women.
This initiative aims to contribute to the industrialization and competitiveness of the African economy.
To this end, emphasis will be placed on training in technology, artificial intelligence, agriculture, livestock, energy and the environment.
An ambitious program will be implemented by the two organizations in the coming days.
The MoU was signed on the margins of Industrial Skills Week for Africa (ISWA-2025) that took place in Lusaka from the 9th – 10th September, 2025.
The Pan African Youth Union remains committed to forging critical partnerships to empower young people and galvanize youth energies to actively participate in Africa’s Industrial revolution.
